C’è l’impronta fresca della Toscana giovane dietro i.o.l.e., frutto del fortunato incontro tra l’intuito creativo del barchef maremmano Andrea Pastore e la coppia di imprenditori Jessica Maria Bello e Gianmaria Rossi, proprietari de “La Terrazza Bistrot”, locale storico di Castiglione della Pescaia. Uniti dal lavoro e dalla dedizione verso la qualità e il buon bere, i tre danno vita a un prodotto unico nel suo genere, genuino, profondamente toscano.

There is the fresh imprint of a young Tuscany behind i.o.l.e. project. Is the result of a fortunate encounter between the creative intuition of the barchef Andrea Pastore and the couple of entrepreneurs Jessica Maria Bello and Gianmaria Rossi, owners of "La Terrazza Bistrot", a historic restaurant in Castiglione della Pescaia. United by work and dedication to quality and good drinking, they give life to a unique product of its kind, genuine, deeply Tuscan.
